Community fall Clean-Up Day

Our community fall clean up day will be nest Wednesday, October 25th from 5:30 pm to 7 pm

Hope to see everyone there!  All are welcome to get a little earthly dirty before the ground is frozen and we are locked inside. Heard we are getting a lot of snow this winter! The soil will love all that nitrogen!

I will be in and out of the garden this coming weekend, October 21st and 22nd! Would be great to run into you then if the 25th doesn't work for you.

Where did summer go?

Hello 3437 Community Garden Gardeners!

Long time no blog, it's been to long since I have blogged!  Well, hello again and I hope everyone is enjoying this amazing fall weather and colors!  Mother nature is offering us with these days for all her own reasons but one thing we can do is thank her by getting back into the garden and clean up our plots for the season is coming to an end.

Thank you to everyone, your family members, friends, loved ones, partners....... everyone who was part of this years gardening beauty! What a great year we had!

There is a pile of compost in the back of the garden in between the shed and the compost bins. This is for any organic matter that is too large to go into the compost bins, weeds, seeds, vines, tomatoes plants, large sticks....  we will be burning it some time! I will post when this event will start fire!
