Spring Clean-Up

Next week is shaping up to be a beautiful week to be outside! For those that are interested we’ll be having our first community workday. For those of you who prefer to support the community garden outside of communal workdays it would be fantastic if you were able to swing by with a small bag sometime this next week and tidy up a little trash and move some leaves into the walkways (remember to wear gloves!). 

COVID-19 Accommodations:

• Only come if you feel comfortable

• If you’re not feeling well, please stay home

• Wear a mask (text Rowen if you need one - I’ll happily make on for you!)

• Give each other 6 feet of space

• Bring your own tools and gloves (if this is a financial burden, connect with Lynn or Rowen 1:1 and we can arrange for loaner tools and gloves)

• Limit of 10 people in person.

We will be:

*Cleaning up the leaves from the perennial gardens, and plots. Placing them in between the garden and walkway.
*Cleaning out our plots.
*Tending to the compost bins
*Picking up liter trash
*Cleaning out rain-barrels
